I've completed a restaurant shop! Wow that was fun! Popular Mexican restaurant.
Ordered and was reimbursed for two adult entrees and two
non-alcoholic drinks. Now I'm even more excited.
Since I complete the one shop, other shopping companies have
contacted me and asked me to apply! WOOT!!! So
this is for real folks and if you apply to enough shopping
companies, you WILL get lots of offers!!!
Here are a few examples of the type of Secret Shopper
assignments I get:
1. $30-$60 plus reimbursement for meal - I've received
several "dinner shops". In these shops, I am usually
supposed to have a cocktail, appetizer, and main meal. I am
supposed to report back about the server's professionalism,
whether or not they try to "give away" food, whether or not
they offer additional items on the menu (tried to up-sell
me), etc.... These shops have been for popular chain
restaurants.
2. $200 plus $100 bonus - At least once a month I get a
shop to "act like I'm interested in buying a house" or "act
like I want to refinance". These shops are based on dummy
scenarios and the company sends me all of the "dummy
documents".
3. $10 bank shop - Several times a month I get requests
to go into the bank (it's a top bank that you are all
familiar with) and simply do a normal transaction. Then I
am supposed to report back on customer service,
professionalism, wait time, etc....
4. $10-$20 motorcycle shop - For some reason, motorcycle
shops are very popular. I get them every single week. They
are either to "act like I am interested in buying a
motorcycle" or they are for motorcycle accessories.
Interesting LOL.
5. $5-$15 - Fast Food shop. (similar to
restaurant shops) - Report back on cleanliness, customer
service, food quality, etc...
6. $55 - Oil change shop (self explanatory).
